The construction must be done by Chabot Construction within 12 months from the signing at the notary.
Condition of acceptance of easement:
It is understood that the lot will be encumbered with a right of way which is to be established (see cadastral plan). Once the easements have been written, they will be submitted to the buyer, who will have 15 days to declare himself dissatisfied. On the 16th day after the emailing of this servitude, the condition will be considered lifted.
The roads will be private. There will therefore be maintenance and snow removal costs.
